As I planned to previously, I redid the page with Snow White page and this time I am a lot more pleased with it. I remembered to use the absorbent tracing paper so the ink would dry. The ink therefore blended less and the dress looks a lot better as it is two different colours. As I wanted to experiment with the font faces I decided to create text that would look like embossed letter labels (like shown below:)
As the page is meant to be dark and scary I thought this would add to it, I used the fact it was a double page spread and took advantage of this, the text spills over across on to both pages rather than starting on the left page and filling it top to bottom, and then doing the same on the right. I think this works really well and when placed into the book it will stand out as slightly different.
