Doing this page was more about showing all three characters that the text talks about rather than focusing on a scene. I created each character individually and then cut them out with the intention it would give the page more depth, I also added materials to it that would bulk it out slightly and add more texture. I stuck down the characters in a position which I thought reflected the text quite well and gives the sense they are interacting. I stuck it down on tracing paper (as I have used on each page as I like the look it gives) it was recycled tracing paper and had some text on it, which I planned on painting over when doing the background. However, when I stuck down the characters I liked the look the text (which is actually printed backwards and makes no sense) gives. I decided to get more paper and cut the text out and add to the effect on this page. Even though it completely doesn't relate to the story of Snow White, or what's going on with this scene, I really like it as a piece of imagery.
